What Every Psychology Professional Should Know About Polyamory is a very well written and useful paper by Geri Weitzman, PhD, a San Francisco psychologist. If you are unable to get a recommendation to a therapist in your area who is already knowledgeable about open relationshisp, I recommend you print this article out and take it to your first appointment with them. If they read it, and don't agree that they can work with you on your issues, try a different one.
